Cherie Bauer

My artwork is an anachronism, moving back and forth through my life and my memory. The narrative of events is connected to my experiences and seems to have no chronological order.They tell a story of my journeys through tragedy, loss, survival and growth. Photographic references are personal possessions I revisited long after the fact. They help jog my memory and awaken in me a clearer vision of my experiences and their significance in the fabric of my life in ti[me] .
